Resilience is a basic competence for these turbulent fragile times, in which especially people who lead other people have to do a lot of internal work to restore their own balance again and again.


Resistance and flexibility

By resilience, we mean inner resistance and flexibility that allows us to deal constructively with instabilities, crises and frustrations. This applies to both people and organizations. Resilience is about a set of competencies, from crisis management to effective strategies in dealing with a BANI world.


Developing and strengthening

The training is dedicated to developing and strengthening self-reflection, self-regulation and building deep connection with oneself and the environment.
